Responsibilities:
- Conduct structured interviews for both junior and senior roles.
- Evaluate candidates’ proficiency in frontend and backend technologies, system design, and coding practices.
- Assess candidates’ problem-solving abilities through coding challenges and practical assignments.
- Engage in behavioral interviews to evaluate cultural fit and soft skills.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to develop interview materials and assessments.
- Provide valuable feedback to the HR Team.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Prior experience in conducting interviews and assessments.
