Responsibilities:

• Conduct structured interviews for both junior and senior roles.
• Evaluate candidates’ proficiency in frontend and backend technologies, system design, and coding practices.
• Assess candidates’ problem-solving abilities through coding challenges and practical assignments.
• Engage in behavioral interviews to evaluate cultural fit and soft skills.
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to develop interview materials and assessments.
• Provide valuable feedback to the HR Team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Prior experience in conducting interviews and assessments.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
